  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - trained and certified Diplomat of CBT by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy

    • CBT is an evidenced-based treatment model that is used to treat a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) - trained and certified

    • An evidence-based treatment model used to treat depression that focuses on how to increase one’s social support and positive communication of feelings and needs.

  • Managing and Adaptive Practices (MAP) - trained and certified

    • An evidence-based treatment model used to treat children with depression, anxiety, disruptive behaviors, and/or trauma.

  • Seeking Safety - trained and certified

    • An evidence-based treatment model used to treat individuals with a history of trauma and substance use.

  • Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) - trained and certified in three separate Level 4 practices (Standard, Teen, Group) as well as two Level 5 practices (Pathways, Enhanced)

    • An evidence-based parenting program that assists parents with increasing their use of effective parenting strategies through the use of clear directives, descriptive praise to reward desirable behaviors, use of logical consequences to address problematic behaviors, and planning for high-risk situations that may trigger challenging situations for children and their parents (e.g., bedtime routines, getting ready for school, play dates, going to the grocery store).
