I am a licensed psychologist in the state of California and have been providing therapy since 2010. Additionally, I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. I provide individual therapy for adults, teenagers, and children, as well as family therapy. My therapeutic approach can be best described as a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a supportive relational style. I find that the therapist-patient connection is very important and allows patients to feel comfortable in therapy, so they can be their authentic selves. As a result, a safe and supportive space emerges allowing for effective therapy to take place and for patients to start to feel better. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and issues as well as what what you are hoping to get out of therapy. I employ a very collaborative approach and you will always be a part of your own progress and growth.
I graduated from the California School for Professional Psychology at Alliant University in 2013, where I received my Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology. Before that, I attended Boston University and received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
